Terms

The deal, in the words we would use out loud.

Using TenTwo means you agree to what is on this page. We have written it the way we would explain it to a member in a parking lot, not the way a form would.

DRAFT — pending legal review

This page is our plain-language statement of how the product actually behaves. The formal document prepared by counsel supersedes this wording on conflict.

What TenTwo gives you

A screen you can show, documents you loaded yourself behind one code, and a recording that is secured and kept for 90 days. That is the product. We do not promise an outcome, a reaction from anyone, or that a screen changes how an encounter goes.

Use it lawfully

You are responsible for following the law where you are — including the recording-consent rules of your state and every lawful instruction given to you during an encounter.

You may not use TenTwo to harass, stalk, or intimidate anyone; to record something you have no right to record or share; to endanger a minor; or to interfere with lawful process. Accounts doing any of that are closed. Closing an account or removing a share link does not delete a secured record — that record is preserved for lawful process.

Your account is yours to keep straight

Keep your password to yourself, keep your documents current, and tell us if someone else gets into your account. Everything done under your account is treated as done by you. You must be 18 or older to hold an account; a teen screen is set up by the adult who owns the account.

Your subscription

The free tier stays free. A paid membership renews automatically — annual or monthly, whichever you picked — until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; you keep what you paid for through the end of that period, and we do not prorate a partial period.

Team plans are billed per driver. Adding or removing drivers changes the next invoice, not the one already paid. Prices can change for a future term; we tell you before that term starts.

Things we cannot promise

Phones fail, batteries die, and networks drop. We build for those moments and still cannot guarantee that a recording completes or a screen appears. TenTwo is provided as it is, and our liability is limited to what you paid us — except where the law says a limit cannot apply to you, in which case it does not.

Not legal advice

Nothing in this app is legal advice, and no one at TenTwo is your lawyer. The screens are statements of fact about your documents, not arguments about your rights. If you need advice about an encounter, talk to a lawyer licensed where it happened.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we say so in the app before the change takes effect, and continuing to use TenTwo after that date means you accept the new version. Questions go to legal@ten-two.app.
