Pricing policy

We price dispatch on a bounded multiplier — never a surge, never a mystery. Every quote you see includes the base call-out fee, the multiplier being applied, and the plain-language reason.

Encounter Mode is never surge priced.

Price protection at the moment of vulnerability is brand law. If you activate Encounter Mode, the call-out fee is charged at 1.00× — no matter how high demand is in your area, no matter the hour. This rule is encoded server-side and asserted on every price quote we generate.

Off-peak discount
0.85×

When supply exceeds demand — most weekday mornings — we pass the discount straight through. Example: a $20 call-out becomes $17.

Peak cap
1.50×

Weekend nights and dense demand pockets. Hard-capped at 1.5×. Example: a $20 call-out never charges more than $30.

What we always show you
  • • The base call-out fee before any multiplier.
  • • The current multiplier and the plain reason ("Off-peak discount" / "More bookings than nearby agents").
  • • The final call-out fee you'll be charged, in dollars, before you confirm.
  • • Hourly rate on top of the call-out fee, billed in 15-minute increments after arrival.
